How to Change a Customer's Shipping Address Before Placing the Order?
 
If after receiving an order in your Shopify store the customer contacts you because they need to ship the item to a different address, follow the steps below.
Go to the Topdser Dashboard > All Shopify Orders, find the order, and click on the "Edit" button next to the "Customer" section.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Change the shipping address and click on the blue "Save" button. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The new address will shortly be done. You can check this by clicking on the "edit" again and click "Cancel". 
Once you see the new address, you can click on the blue "Order Product" button to start processing the order.
